Where do you deliver?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Simply select your country using the globe in the top-right corner of your browser. If your country isn’t listed, our local distributors can help you place an order directly. Find your local distributor on our Distributors page.
Please note: we don’t ship to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

How much is delivery?
Delivery prices vary depending on your location:

| South Korea | $12, free on orders over $200 |
| Rest of the World | Charges vary. A realtime quote will be applied at the checkout |
When will my order be dispatched?
- Orders placed before 3pm (local time), Monday–Thursday are usually shipped the same day
- Orders after 3pm are usually shipped the next working day
- Orders after 3pm Friday are usually shipped on Monday
We don’t dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you:
- A tracking number
- A link to track your delivery
You can also track your order by logging into your account, or visiting our Track Your Order page.
We ship with:
- US: FedEx and UPS
- UK: DPD
- EU: DHL
- Rest of the World: local carriers
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
First:
- Check your tracking link
- Look for a missed delivery card
- Check if your parcel is at a local depot or collection point
If you still need help, contact our support team with your order number through live chat or via our Help Centre — we’ll get it sorted quickly.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We dispatch from the following locations:
- US orders: shipped from the US
- UK orders: shipped from the UK
- EU orders: shipped from Germany (except France & Ireland, which are shipped from the UK)
- Rest of the world: shipped from the UK
Do you ship to Quebec, Canada?
At the moment, we can’t ship directly to Quebec due to local regulations. Customers there can still buy our products from authorised retailers. Visit our Store Locator page to find local authorised retailers.
Returns
What’s your return policy?

How do I return an item?
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt of your goods. To raise a return, please submit a support ticket or contact us through live chat or via our Help Centre. Upon submitting a return request, you will receive an email to confirm your return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No — we’ll cover the full cost of return shipping or replacement.
What if I bought a bundle?
If your order included multiple items (e.g. a bundle), you’ll need to return the full bundle — even if only one item is faulty.
Taxes, duties and fees
Will I pay import duties or extra fees?
It depends on where you’re ordering from:
- US: Sales tax is added at checkout. We collect sales tax in the following states:
- California
- Florida
- New Jersey
- New York
- Tennessee
- Illinois
- Washington
- Mississippi
- UK: All prices are inclusive of VAT
- EU: With the exceptions of France and Ireland, all prices include VAT
- Rest of world: Prices may include import charges, but local duties can still apply
Who is responsible for import duties?
For international orders, you’re considered the 'importer of record', so any applicable customs duties or taxes are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
